A New Roll: Sushi as Art

sushiart-4.jpgThe excellent Tokyo Times has a great little photo essay on the coolest thing anyone’s done with sushi since my favorite Saturday morning cartoon — Sushi Pack — came to Kewlopolis. (And yes, I’m 35 years old.)

  • Its really nice. I love Japanese food and especially sushi. I have tasted sushi for the first time on my friends wedding reception catered by Keikoaoki and it was so delicious.
