I love chicken kebob. We thought it would be funny to make an infusion out of it. This experiment was meant to be nothing but fun and 100% wrong. Hey, we like to push the envelope. The outcome of it at our tequila tasting? Fourty very dissastisfied participants. I wish we had a audio file of the reaction.All together I heard, "eeewwww this sucks!" In fact a few days later, people where talking about how fowl it was. Too my defense, many people agreed that it did in fact taste just like chicken kebob. Who knows how it tastes though. I plan on making up some bacon bourbon tonight based on techniques I learned in New Orleans this weekend. If it works out I'll try to get you a sample before I leave.
